The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) based in Thessaloniki, Greece is offering one 9-month traineeship in records management starting on 16 October 2010.

Main duties:

Assisting with the transfer of physical files

Providing input to a contact management database

Assisting with the implementation of file plans in Cedefop’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS)

Essential qualifications:Degree in Records Management, Archives or Library and Information Studies
Fluency in English and knowledge of another Community language
IT literacy

A monthly grant of EUR 750-1000 is offered.
